- being picked up from the airport, even when time keeps changing
- connecting to strangers about shared experiences
- seeing my dog again!
- being able to open up and just cry if I need to and vent in therapy
This blog is a part of my spiritual practice to suffer less and appreciate more. I want to get into the habit of noticing at least three things every day for which I am grateful. My intention is to bring my focus to the beautiful things in life and away from the negative.
